Humidity Oven

We offer a wide range of humidity ovens that are manufactured as per the international quality standards and suitable for most of environmental conditions. These humidity ovens are doubled walled constructed and has proper locking arrangement for door. Further, our humidity ovens also have excellent temperature control system to ensure effective mechanism.

Construction:

Double walled construction
Inner wall: S.S.304/316 grade material
Outer wall: S. Steel or GI dully Epoxy Powder coat/finish
Gap filled with Glass wool insulation (PUF in situ foam*)
Inner full length viewing glass/plexi door or viewing window on outer metallic door provided
Leak proof positive locking arrangement for door
Chamber illuminated with bulb.
Cooling -CFC free
Refrigeration: By Hermetically sealed brand new ISI marked compressor coupled with air cooled condensing unit fitted with Motor, fan blade, Electrical Accessories etc. Mounted on bottom of unit on heavy base frame
Humidity: Humidity Created with Steam & Injection into working chamber
Heating: By long lasting S. Steel Tubular Heater with fins
Temperature Control: Electronic Digital Temperature Controller-Cum Indicator with Dry Bulb & Wet Bulb Principle. (Direct %RH setting optional)

Stability Chamber

We manufacture a wide range of industrial stability chambers that are provided with microprocessor based PID regulator along with auto tuning feature and has inbuilt humidity sensors to measure it in relative solid state. These industrial stability chambers are highly functional and offer maximum efficiency that is a result of our latest manufacturing technology.
